Sirhan Sirhan To Endorse Hillary
Sirhan Sirhan To Endorse Hillary

CORCORAN, Calif. (CAP) - To many Americans, Hillary Clinton's mention of Robert F. Kennedy's assassination as a reason to remain in the Democratic presidential nomination race was shocking and in poor taste. To one American, it was dead on.

"While my endorsement will not mean much in the greater scheme of things - heck, I can't even vote - I hope many will use it as their final justification for supporting Hillary Hillary," RFK assassin Sirhan Sirhan wrote from the California State Prison in Corchoran.

Prison officials released the diary excerpt yesterday.

"I do not agree with her support of Israel, her gas tax holiday is merely a gimmick, and those pant suits, eh," Sirhan wrote. "But by embracing my act of June 5, 1968 and finding something positive in it for herself, Hillary Hillary has shown herself to be a leader with vision, fortitude and a stalwart ambiguous morality. Many of the liars, crooks and murders here totally agree with me."

Prison officials view the diary excerpt as a very positive step in Sirhan's rehabilitation.

"Hillary Hillary - did you see that?" one California State Prison psychiatrist said off the record. "It means he's starting to associate with people on a more person level, equate with them. See, you have only one name, I have only one name. You'll do anything to achieve your goals, ditto.

"I am actually kind of surprised he isn't backing McCain, though," the psychiatrist said. "That whole you were in a cage, I was in a cage, John John thing plays big in here. Huge tie that binds. HUGE."

While Barack Obama's campaign has declined to comment on the endorsement, Clinton campaign chairman Terry McAuliffe was quick to accept it.

"You know, CAP News, this really shows that Hillary is winning the important numbers at the end of the day and deserves to be president," McAuliffe said in a recent phone interview. "She's won most of the big states and several swing states and a lot of other states and currently leads in the overall refined popular vote. She's won the white people and the uneducated and the racists and now the homicidal sociopaths.

"How can anyone say this contest is possibly over?" McAuliffe added.

In related news, presidential assassin wannabes John Hinckley (Reagan) and Sara Jane Moore (Ford), who both favor Republicans, are expected to endorse John McCain.
